I am one to never leave reviews anywhere but I think it’s important before anyone wastes their money renting here. First, the model apartment they show is nothing like the apartments they give you. Nothing is up to date and it was not properly cleaned when we moved in. The floors are not real flooring it’s more like vinyl that peels and is horrible to clean. The fridge space is very small (not big enough for a family of 4). The volleyball court that looks pretty in pictures hasn’t been up to date ...
since we moved in almost a year ago. The trash is always overflowing but they blame it on the renters when it’s a management issue. We started noticing bugs in our apartment and they came to spray but we had to take care of it ourselves because it didn’t work. The security gates are open almost all of the time so I’m not quite sure why we still have them and why they promote that it’s a gated community. The only nice thing about the apartment is the pool and the gym (when the pool is cleaned properly). The pool restrooms are never cleaned but they don’t want you to use the clubhouse restrooms when you’re at the pool, only the gross ones outside. The people that work in the front office are not professional and not friendly (except Lee).
