Office can’t be trusted. I was renting a furnished apartment and the office agreed to remove some of their furniture and I use my own. Was told I’d be given an offer for my furniture at move out. Offer was never given so I moved my furniture out with me. Office management is now trying to charge me by withholding portion of my security deposit to charge me for my own furniture. I had numerous work orders that never got attended to, and the ones that did took an extended amount of time with ...
multiple visits to fix correctly. The online payment site never had any record of me living there even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the office.
There’s much better places out there.

I enjoy living here for a couple of years never had no bad problem I have had problems with my dryer I reported it and the maintenance was right on it the people that lives in the apartments where I’m at I have never had no problems with if they pass you by they are friendly . I also I love the pool getting to relax everyone that’s there are friendly Kids get along and share their pool toys they also have the grills and there’s times that we share cooking on the same grill wish they did have ...
more grills my only complaint is the price I do believe it is expensive I am thankful that I have a roof over my head and around friendly people management has always been polite never had no problems I think it is a great place to be

I have had few issues living here. I live in a renovated apartment and although you can tell it was a rush job and there are some messy fixes, the apartment is nice overall-spacious and comfortable. My maintenance issues have always been handled the day after I've left a message or emailed. They offer a military discount and the drive to Leavenworth only takes about 20 minutes. My only major complaint is the gym space. It is very small and the equipment is very old so it's really not usable ...
by more than a couple people at a time. That said, the office staff have always been very friendly and I enjoy living here!

Do yourself a favor... DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Unless you like rude management that does not give a crap about your complaints, cracks in walls and paint chipping off, construction ALL THE TIME. And I mean ALL THE TIME. It literally never stops. The hammering and banging and dragging heavy stuff up and down the stairs. If you like paying a $200 electric bill for it to still be 80 degrees and musty and muggy in your apartment in the summer, this is the place for you! This is hands down the ...

Poor service at a high price

Maintenance issues are ignored and handled poorly. I am still trying to resolve an issue from water coming through my ceiling that happened a year ago. Numerous other issues have been brushed off and response time to come address things is numerous hours if not days. Amenities are lack luster at best and cost is high compared to duplexes that are one block over. Consider living elsewhere.

My unit was filthy when I moved in. Moved from out of town and was unable to see unit until I arrived. Big mistake, cobwebs, horrible stains and pet odor from carpet. Couldn't get much satisfaction from complex. Replaced pad for me eventually, but refused to change carpet?!? Just moved out and they kept most of my deposit for........carpet cleaning! I'll be seeing them in court soon if they don't change their minds. Platte City is great, but find different complex

We scheduled 6 days to look for a furnished apt for our summer visit with family. Williamsburg Plaza was our first stop, and last. Perfect 1 bdrm furnished, 20 minute walking distance to our son and family's home. Williamsburg Plaza staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Facilities and amenities are great.
