Apartment maintenance issues

I've been a resident here at Williamsburg square apartment not even for 2weeks, the first day I moved in I had to call emergency maintenance for my toilet, I had to put in multiple work orders about my unit, the apartment smells so bad with pet odor. I had work orders for my garbage disposal not working, AC wasn't working, just put in 3work orders last week on Tuesday for my shower ceiling has a crack in it and is baldging up with a Brown ring around it, my kitchen vent is coming off with balding ...
around it like water damage, my patios screen door is off track for the 3rd time, it’s been exactly a week and they have not yet came to fix it. Today is 8/11/26 and it’s lighting and thundering rainy like crazy and rain is coming in all my windows my bedroom window at the top has black mildew or mold and around the window seal is water damage, my kitchen window has weather damage to at the top, I went to the leasing office today and spoke with the assistant property manager she just put in a work order but you would of thought she would of came out and looked and send maintenance over immediately but she didn’t, maintenance is terrible out here, don’t waste your time moving out here they don’t respond back fast with your issues in there apartment.
