Love it!
October 22, 2015Absolutely loved living here. My only reason for moving as an engagement and buying a house. If not for that I would have lived there forever. The best place I've ever lived! The office staff are truly amazing. They treat their residents like family! These girls helped me even when I had surgery. They are always making sure he residents are happy. It s a beautiful complex, apartments are cozy and a entities are amazing. If you are looking to move near the area you will not be disappointed!Review from Apartments.com
Great for the most part
September 2, 2015I love the community here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I like the actual townhouses and the scenery. It's simply beautiful here and in a great location. However, they could do better with responsiveness to work order requests. I find myself having to call more than once to get something done and it's very annoying. Excellent
August 14, 2015I was skeptical moving into a place from out of state, but I'm very pleased with my decision. Not only is it quiet here, it's local to many shopping areas and two major interstates. The staff is friendly and helpful if there is ever a need for them. The pool is quaint and residents also are given a pass to the community's main pool (inside and out) and fitness center. So you get three pools and two fitness centers to use. I'd highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Poor maintenance
August 9, 2015Williamsburg Townhome Apartments in Sagamore Hills, OH I have lived here for a year and a half and my observations are below. The property has just changed management so the below observations may improve or decline in the near future. Positives: Pool, small workout room, package receiving, and business room Different apartment options available Apartments available year round Access to nearby condominium community facilities (pool, lake, tennis court, banquet room etc.) Negatives: The models ...and actual units are quite different in their condition and repair (model is in prestine condition and they will not let you view your actual unit until move in) Poor and untimely maintenance (takes forever and multiple requests to get someone out to fix issues and they frequently don't fix the issue the first time) Will arbitrarily raise rent when lease is up for renewalRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
