Horrible place to live
January 1, 2024The office does not answer the phone. Maintenance takes 2-3 months to fix any thing. Roach infestation, leaking roof, tub does not drain properly and office have not done any thing about for 7 weeks save yourself time and money and find a better apartment!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move here!
December 20, 2022Just don’t do it. They’ve put cheap updates in so they can double the rent without fixing major issues. Roaches, roof leaks, spray paint on windows, constant noise, no parking for residents. This place is a mess!Property Manager Responded

Roaches
July 30, 2022Infested with roaches. These are the most stubborn roaches nothing kills them. Management doesn't try to do anything to contain them they will try to blame them on tenants. Don't move here unless you are desperate. Apartments are old and have electrical problems, central heat and air don't work, water heater and furnace are in your apartment and burnt out fuse boxesProperty Manager Responded

Don't move here.
December 1, 2021This place is infested with roaches. Nothing I mean nothing kills these things. Soon as I find a place, I will be breaking this lease. I love the neighborhood but I can't take these bugs.Property Manager Responded

Rats
November 16, 2021Rat infestations.....its is November 16th 2021 and in 16 days i have caught 4 huge rats....not little mice Rats almost the size of my shoe i am in the process of breaking my lease. Please save yourself a headache and dnt move here.Property Manager Responded

Flooding
August 17, 2018Apartments flooding and creating damages to property, the apartment manager wants the tenants to get renters insurance because they don't want to be responsible for replacing damaged property. August 17th wake up to my living room flooded out.Property Manager Responded
