Would NOT recommend!
December 30, 2020I wouldn’t recommend. They will use any excuse to take your security deposit and even charge you extra. I emailed the management ahead of time to let them know that I will NOT be renewing my lease (which they responded to), but they still charged me an extra month of rent because they didn’t receive the physical non-renewal letter on time, which was delayed due to COVID. I tried to dispute the extra charges, but they keep sending you from one person to the other, each saying that they opened a ...ticket and they are looking into it, until it got really frustrating. Then after 3 MONTHS, they sent a letter saying that they “decided” to take it out of my security deposit. So, basically I had NO SAY in the matter.Property Manager Responded

I would give it ZERO starts if I could!
December 19, 2020Worst choice of my life! it looked like a great deal at first.. I lived here for a year because it was close to my job, the management is terrible, zero communication. When it rained it would leak through the bedroom window which I requested to get fixed ( NEVER GOT FIXED) and when I finished the year and wanted to move closer to work they took my full security deposit to pay for changing the carpet which was completely clean! I barely lived in the apartment due to COVID so it was barely ...used. I would give it ZERO starts if I could!Property Manager Responded
