January 5, 2026I just applied to buy a trailer from here and rent the lot space. I'm super excited because the park is just really pretty and the staff at the office is sooo nice and friendly! Usually the trailer parks in williston don't have any trees or anything but there are lots of trees here and there's even a nice big playground right by my new lot for my kiddos to play on!! December 4, 2025I've been looking for a new place to rent, and was interested in some mobile homes in town. I called Williston living like 2 months ago but they didn't have any homes available sadly but the lady on the phone was SO SO SO sweet! It sucks because FM park is one of the prettier and bigger parks in town with alot of nice trees, but she did say they have some homes for sale which after touring with an agent looked actually real nice. I was looking to rent but may end up purchasing, who knew lol? The ...office ladies are super friendly and answered all my questions and had the fridge all stocked up with spooky little treats for Halloween AND they were decorated really cute too! Very Nice
October 24, 2025I've been thinking of buying a mobile home from a dealership out in Minot for awhile now, and I was browsing mobile home lots in Williston. I was looking at Williston Living and came across some of their homes they have for sale already on rentable lots. I fell in love with one of the floor plans in Glen Villa where the leasing office is on the tour and knew I had to have it even though the home is a 2015. Not only will I save money on buying a brand new home getting new (to me) home, but now I ...don't have to pay moving fees and deal with all the permit and licensing hassles to get the home moved onto a lot! It's perfect. Plus Trinity and Brooke have made everything g a breeze for my application process so I haven't had to worry about anything at all and the process has been the smoothest move in I've ever had. Under New Management
October 14, 2025I've lived here around 2 years and I love everything about Williston Living The managers are amazing even though it wasn't always great. They really do care about their tenants. Maintenance is excellent! They usually come same day if not the very next day, and we currently don't have an site maintenance staff, that's how great the managers are. There isn't a problem I haven't had that the office hasn't addressed and taken seriously. They definitely go by the book and enforce rules, but you will ...also be taken care of 100%. Not to mention the property is absolutely GORGEOUS! I couldn't recommend this place enough, 5 stars for real!Property Manager Responded

Better and Better
August 14, 2025These parks just keep getting better! Your best bet in Williston if you are lookin' for a mobile home park. Clean, pretty lots, and cheap lot rent too. The office ladies are real nice and always ready to help and listen! I'm glad I found a trailer for sale in Glen Villas, the utilities are even cheap too. I love it here! Best management hands down. Very nice parks!
August 12, 2025I purchased my own home and rent the lot, and these parks are wonderfully maintained. They have moved out almost all the old broken down rotting homes, and cleaned the parks. Lived here for 3 years now, major improvements!
February 18, 2023I’ve lived in this place for over 3 years now. After the management and maintenance change over about 2 years ago it’s drastically improved.
