I absolutely love living here. It's beautiful. Ithe office staff is great, the neighbors are quite and don't you. Their is a lot to do here, they have a playground for kids, a pool to cool off in on a hot day, game room for kids, and an excuse room

The cockroaches here are horrible, I wish they would do more to get them under control, especially since they're increasing rent. The staff is nice though.

Staff is nice maintenance is pretty good but the roaches are really bad. Lots of gaps in the cabinets, walls & floorboards for them to come in & hide.

I do not like it here and property maintenance is not very good. For how much I pay each month I really expected a better quality of place. There is always trash and dog poop in the grass outside of my apartment. I'm sick of it.

I quite enjoy living here, i don’t have a problem with the community and the location is really good for my job. i also see the new management putting in the effort to making this place top notch! my only complaint would be that my dishwasher constantly floods and we have seen some pest here and there, but i know those are issues that are getting worked on.
