Be Careful not to report major maintenance problems
October 11, 2022I feel compelled to let people know that people that rent here get offers to be entered into sweepstakes in exchange for reviews and provide gift cards of 500.00. Also the pet rent is higher than advertised (75 monthly per pet) and parking is now 25 for surface lot parking and they will tow your car if it is parked in the same spot for 2 days. There are roaches in the hallways where I live, lack of Maintance actually fixing things and prefer to put a “bandaid” on things such as mold, disregard ...for your health if you report major issues that you did not cause. It’s great here with exception of any issues arising in your unit even not caused by you. Make sure to fully inspect your unit before move in and document every thingProperty Manager Responded

Very nice with some minor downfalls
July 10, 2020Property is very nice and very well kept. 2 things that made me write this were that in the 2 floor apartment homes, air circulates awfully to the second floor which is the bedrooms. Also, when we signed they told us we could own a grill l because we had a backyard and patio. 6 months into our lease, they ban grilling and don’t even allow you to keep it on the property.Property Manager Responded

Good Service/ Maintenance
April 15, 2019I lived in a 2 bedroom for a year and a half. The service and response time was excellent when something was not working. The exterminator was good and came on Thursdays I believe. I had ants in the spring. The rent and water and trash and the other items are very expensive for the location. I just don’t consider Rolling Meadows a high end suburb in that location. So the rent should not be so high. The pool is very small. No community events. No smoking inside the units or outside the ...entire property. The heating system was very loud when it kicked on. Cozy place to live
July 11, 2016Willow Bend Apartments is very convenient place to live, it is close to Streets of Woodfield shopping area, close to highway, it takes only 25 minutes to get downtown from Willow Bend. Schools are very high rated around here, my daughter loved her Elementary school. I really loved the balcony where you can display your plants and flowers.The apartments maintenance responds quickly if there is some problems. It is pet friendly place. Pool is very clean and pretty big, doesn't get too crowded. Gym ...has all the necessary equipment. August 14, 2015Hello! We moved in here in April of this year. We absolutely love this place! The staff is so nice and courteous, and anytime we need help with anything they are always there. Any maintenance calls are answered within 24 hours, and anytime I have a question about something with my Apartment, the email is always answered within 24 hours. August 9, 2015First off i have to say never thought apartments could be this quiet Now that i got the best part over with, now for the bad thing....parking. If u don't get home by five your going to have to park about three parking lots over. They charge you for parking but don't guarantee you a sport unless u pay more.Review from Apartments.com
