HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE
May 10, 2017Wish I could give them zero stars. Absolutely terrible. Horribly managed, the lady in the office is always rude and negligent about fixing major problems, both matinence related and resident related. People have been arrested outside my apartment more than once and nothing is done about the awful, disrespectful tenants. I've sent multiple emails to the leasing office about complaints and maintenance issues in my apartment, as well as my laundry being stolen but everything was ignored. As if that ...wasn't enough, these apartments are also poorly kept, don't let the fresh paint on the outside fool you. They promise "completely renovated units" and charge rent that is way too high and you end up paying way too much for a crappy apartment that wasn't renovated at all. I could go on and on about all of the problems here but you get the idea. Don't waste your time or money.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2015An absolutely great place to live. They're very pet friendly. The staff is wonderful, especially Angie and Stacy. Moving from Ohio to Texas, it's beautiful to see landscape that blooms year round. Strangely enough, I never took advantage of the pool, which is well maintained . I'd stay , but I'm moving for work to Rosenberg, Texas where hopefully I'll find just as nice a place as this one.Review from Apartments.com
