Willow Creek is an amazing place to live! We have been here for 3 years and have loved it. It’s is a safe community where I feel comfortable with my kids playing outside. It is a wonderful place to raise a family. Any issues are addressed quickly. Sinisha is constantly updating and working to make upgrades around the properties. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his property and genuinely cares about his tenants. Highly recommend living here!

Sinisha is one of the coolest landlords I've ever met. He cares a lot about his tenants and treats them as if they were family. If you ever run into an issue at your rental, Sinisha will do everything he can to fix the problem. Highly recommend.

Duey apt Hawaiian gardens very family friendly, landlord is disability oriented and allowed me to have my license service dog. Family members across from me very friendly help with disability. Can call landlord anytime with any question. Bout new appliances. Going to redo landscaping. Centrally placed.

This is the best apartment complex to live in. I am a single mother and this is the most reasonable and affordable place to live in Richfield. Management is excellent and very responsive in the same day, feels like a family living here. I highly recommend this place!!

I rent from Sinisha at his dewey apartment units and 100% recommend.. He is a fantastic caring guy who treats all of his tenants like family and fast becomes a good friend. Any problems that arise he is quick to fix and help solve. he maintains everything beautifully and cares about everyone who rents from him. We absolutely love him and recommend him to everyone looking for a rental. there is not one negative thing I can say about renting from him. I highly recommend renting from him.
