Better with new management
April 24, 2022The new Next Wave management is a lot better than the prior. In all, it's a nice place to live - a little pricy though -. My biggest complaint is that the walls separating the units are paper thin! I can hear the conversation of my neighbors and can identify the shows they are watching on TV.Review from Apartments.com
Stay Away
January 30, 2021This is a very poorly run complex by Shelton.They have poor building up keep , cleaning of the grounds , poor snow removal and on site mangers that are not capable Expensive units that are essentially a college dorm for Embry Riddle. Shelton Management on numerous occasions have not responded to our requests. Original manager Holly was excellent but could not deal with Shelton , the management companyProperty Manager Responded
