April 7, 2025I am starting my 6 year of residence here at willow Creek apartments.I am happy with the apartment and amenities. I have a one bedroom. The area relatively quiet ,neighbors friendly and hassle free.For the rent I’m paying, I think these apartments are a good deal.Overall, my experience here has been very good.I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to rent.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE IN!! RATS!
November 25, 2024DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RATS!! We are 2 months from moving out and I’m counting down the days. We have had rats in our ceiling and utility closet for months. Made plenty of service requests and nothing has been done. All they did was seal up the hole that they were coming in from with wood. They are still walking above our living room, dining room, and kitchen area. This is one of the worst and most disgusting places I have lived in. Nancy at the front does not respond to messages if it involves an ...issue. We’ve had tons of electrical issues and leaks in our ceiling as well. We also had to buy our own bug spray because we still had tons of crickets and spiders coming in after they sent someone to spray. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!Property Manager Responded

It’s a struggle.
September 22, 2024The staff, especially maintenance, seem to have a very high rate of turnover. Miss Nancy, who is always professional and kind, is the only current employee that was here when we moved in. We have had numerous issues in our apartment (leaks, faulty AC, etc) that have never gotten fixed on the first visit. There isn’t consistent maintenance on site, with people having to come in from Austin and Waco at times. The pool has been a nightmare. It will be closed for months at a time, then overloaded ...with chemicals and opened. It’s then not cleaned until it gets so gross that they have to shut it down for months again. This has been a repeating cycle here. And when we complain, the response is that they are short staffed and they are working on it. There is always trash blowing around the property, not to mention piled up around the dumpsters. And don’t get me started on the laundromat - the washers and dryers are not properly maintained and getting your money back is next to impossible as it’s all through an app that “management has no control over.” The property is simply not up to the standards they advertise and certainly not for the amount of rent they charge.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Peace of mind
July 6, 2022Willows creek is a place that is made and does feel like it’s your home. From the staff Mrs.Connie, Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. Donald and to the apartments itself. The apartments and townhomes are updated and very spacious the greenery from the grass to the ducks at the pond are very much a peace of mind. 5 Stars - NOT ENOUGH!!
April 29, 2022I started researching moving to Texas in March of 2021. I contacted Willow Creek and spoke with Bobbie who was extremely helpful!! I completed the application process online and moved in on 5/31/2021. Bobbie and the staff were so warm and welcoming. My apartment/townhouse was absolutely immaculate and exactly as pictured. The property grounds were so beautiful, extremely clean and well kept. Bobbie checked on me every few days for the first few weeks just to make sure I was ok and to see if I ...needed anything. She went above and beyond. Not only is the property excellent, the staff - very helpful, the other tenants are extremely quiet. I sleep with my window open every night and never hear anything other than crickets. I have been here almost a year and I just gave my notice only because I bought my first house. Home far away from home
March 6, 2020I just want to say Willow Creek Apartments is Amazing! ..I'v enjoyed the spacious rooms,clean kitchen (free of roaches),huge A/C and your own waterheater(incase your city sprungs a gas leak.hope it never happens..lol) big fridge and dish washer.But most importantly,the office managment Ms. Bobbie and Ms.Jenn..Automatically we are a family. Took care of me when I first moved in and took care of my family when I deployed.(what living establishment does that?!) With all my heart I thank them so ...much! Maintenance are super hard working and friendly, gets the job done on a timely matter. I've been living here for 2 years + months. Run and run fast
March 3, 2020Worst place in history of apartments, they talk the good talk but when it comes to getting something done it doesnt happen. We are so fed up with this place, our lease is up in September and we are out of here. February 17, 2020I lived here in 2015, left then came back in 2018! Ms. Bobbi and Ms. Jen have taken excellent care of me! They are loving and interested in the well being of their renters! There’s so many wonderful things about living here including the pool,park and a fun little pond. I’m so thankful Mrs.Bobby is our landlord she is so wonderful and helps with any issues we have.
