Decent Facilities, Poor Customer Service
July 28, 2025Decent facilities, and a great maintenance staff but that’s where the positives end. Not helpful office staff, property manager unwilling to talk about issues. Unconcerned about mold growth after we left our apartment.Property Manager Responded

Poor use of your money
September 3, 2024If you want Loud neighbors, an incompetent staff, and a boring, basic apartment this place is for you. I reside on the third floor, which should mean im free of loud banging noises and trash rap music right? Absolutely not. Constantly woken up at night from music and stomping. Reached out to the office a dozen times and was never resolved. On top of that, the minimum lease is very long so good luck getting out.Property Manager Responded

Love Living Here!
February 24, 2016I have never rented before and did I get lucky I ended up at willow creek! My friends live in campus apartments and all I hear about is how much they dislike it. I love living here the people are friendly, the staff is friendly and very reasonable. I wasn't getting an insurance bill and was obviously late and instead of charging for it they got it taken care of right away. Would recommend choosing willow creek!Review from Apartments.com

October 8, 2015We love living at Willow Creek Apartments! All maintenance issues/requests are handled in a timely manner, even after hours and on weekends. The office staff is very friendly and always remembers our names! There are lots of activities, such as drive thru breakfasts and free Christmas gift wrapping, just to name a couple. Grounds are kept clean and the property is always maintained. These apartments are pet friendly! There are two swimming pools, 2 work out facilities, and two business centers. ...There is also a playground for kids. Make these apartments your next home. LOVE living here
September 27, 2015I have been living at Willow Creek for about 6 months now and I have loved every minute of it. The apartments themselves are very clean, spacious and up to date. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always responds very quickly. No task or request goes unnoticed. When we first moved in they asked us to look over the apartment carefully and note any damage so that we wouldn't be charged at move out. The only thing we could find was that the paint on our balcony railing was starting to chip ...off so we told them. They sent someone out the next day to repaint our balcony.
