Great Community, Room for Improvement
February 28, 2026Great location and friendly maintenance. Management has been kind despite turnover. Parking is a serious issue — as someone with medical needs and a handicap permit, there isn’t a proper ADA-accessible space nearby. Rules feel restrictive at times, pet fees have increased, and some exterior maintenance needs attention. Overall positive, but important improvements are needed.Review from Apartments.com

I've lived at the Willow Creek Apartments for 10 years
April 17, 2025There are many people that live at this property for decades, and there's a reason. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I've never had an issue with any sort of infestation and maintenance is always quick to respond when needed. The management is quick to respond and flexible when appropriate, patient, and take the time to establish a relationship with residents.
