I've been living in Willow Creek for over a year and I absolutely love it. The apartment has so much space and the walking closet in the master bedroom is awesome. We also love our neighbors who have been living in Willow Creek for over 10 years and have a lot of great decorations for the holidays. The new manager is really great.

Great location and friendly maintenance. Management has been kind despite turnover.
Parking is a serious issue — as someone with medical needs and a handicap permit, there isn’t a proper ADA-accessible space nearby.
Rules feel restrictive at times, pet fees have increased, and some exterior maintenance needs attention.
Overall positive, but important improvements are needed.

There are many people that live at this property for decades, and there's a reason. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I've never had an issue with any sort of infestation and maintenance is always quick to respond when needed. The management is quick to respond and flexible when appropriate, patient, and take the time to establish a relationship with residents. Only complaint I have after living here for so long is that it would be nice to have some of the more heftier apartment ...
