October 24, 2021It's loud there. Various residents blaring music. There were all types of bugs in the apartment. They have an exterminator that will come out if you call the office. Had to get an appliance replaced three times because it stopped working.Review from Apartments.com

February 22, 2019. The worst apartaments and the worst administration. They send letters for stupid reasons but not for important stuffs. They send you to court if you are late 2 days and they dont say anything. You know it when court send you the letter. I don't recommend itReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015The buildings are small and, being surrounded by trees, there are some bugs and the occasional skunk (they'll call an exterminator for the former). But rarely have we felt ignored or disrespected by the staff and maintenance crew. We appreciate their work over the years.Review from Apartments.com
