Living here has been incredibly frustrating, mainly because of the constant price increases. Rent goes up every single renewal period, sometimes significantly, with absolutely no improvements to justify it. There are no upgrades to the property, no enhanced services, and no noticeable effort to add value. It feels like they raise prices simply because they can, not because the apartments are worth it.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything — conversations, TVs, footsteps, doors ...
opening and closing — like your neighbors are in the same room. There’s little to no sound insulation, which makes it nearly impossible to have peace and quiet. For what they charge, you would expect at least basic privacy, but that’s not the case here.
Property management is another major issue. Communication is inconsistent, maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed, and concerns are often brushed off. There’s a clear lack of organization and accountability. Instead of feeling like residents are valued, it feels like management is only focused on collecting rent.
Overall, this place is overpriced, poorly constructed, and badly managed. With the constant rent hikes and lack of professionalism, it’s simply not worth it. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Willow Crossing Apartments is constructed with concrete, and sound-related concerns are infrequently reported. While some everyday noise is expected in any apartment community, the building design is intended to help reduce sound transfer.
