Started Out Good, But Then…
October 5, 2023I moved in back in August of 2021. For the first year and a half, life was so good. The place is nice, my unit is very spacious, and my neighbors are very nice. Things were going well, but then back in December of 2022, I found a mouse in my apartment. And it’s been an ongoing problem since then. At this point, I’m dealing with a mouse infestation, which is super unhealthy. I try not to complain, however I’m considering moving from here, as this is something I CANNOT deal with.Review from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015Willow Glen is my first apartment so I can't compare it to any others. The price and location was ideal. The fact that my apartment was full of mold was a disappointment. We have to pay for hot water even though they claim water is included. The staff is kind, perfesonal, and flexible with issues. Even though its not perfect. I've decided to stay another year. The pros out way the con's.Review from Apartments.com
