I have lived at Willow Lake in the Townhome apartment for about a year now and we just renewed our lease. It has been the best living experience I have ever had and it's cheaper than my last 2 apartments! I can't speak for all the layouts, but the townhome is by far the best value per square foot available in the entirety of the north side of Marion county, and I've done a LOT of apartment shopping. dining/living room, the back patio, and the extra kitchen "nook" for shelving the insane amount of kitchen appliances we have. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything all the time and they work well and fast, 10/10. Put a maintenance request in and they'll be there in a few hours. The amenities are very nice. The pool area is kept clean and organized and has grills for a pool party bbq. The pet spa is great for washing my pets and getting them dry if they'd sit still. With today's terrible living expenses I didn't think I could afford to live somewhere this nice. I was wrong. Thanks y'all Update, my washing machine broke the other night and it was replaced as soon as regular service hours started the next morning with a brand new one. 5 stars

We’ve been at Willow Lakes for half a year, and I can confidently say there have been ZERO complaints! From move in day, the team has been very accommodating and receptive. Maintenance comes very promptly within 1-2 days, they even came out on the weekend to give us a space heater when we were awaiting a part for our heater. The community has always been quiet, and we’ve always felt safe. Never have to worry about parking either! Many spots for you and your roommates. The team also has many ...

I have lived at this community for 2 years almost and I love it! The maintenance is always quick and thorough, and the apartments are spacious. My family loves going to the pool and says they feel like they’re at a resort every summer!

Where to start? Amenities are great, the gym is quite complete, the tennis courts are great and the carwash area is a plus, water hose is not available during winter though. Staff is great, competent and friendly…you can tell they care about you and your family

We were fortunate to be able to call Willow Lake our home for several years. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the apartments are spacious and very well done both inside and out! The amenities offered are beyond compare -- loved the valet trash service!! The staff -- both the office staff and the maintenance staff are wonderful and they are very concerned that everything is done right and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this community!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff working for apartment complex, especially the manager. I have lived at Willow Lake since August 2018 and rent the Cumberland floor plan. It is very spacious and perfect for roommates. I love the location as it is very safe. Also, it is nice to be able to walk to Trader Joe's or Panera Bread. Most everyone in the complex is friendly. The main reason for choosing Willow Lake was “no breed restrictions” for dogs. Their apartments are very spacious with multiple floor plans compared with other complexes. The amenities offered specifically the Dog Spa, Gym, Pool, and Car Spa are a huge benefit. The center location is close to all shopping needs. There is plenty of green space nicely landscaped.
