Roach infested/ dirty
March 5, 2019Even after bombing your apartment and sprayers come out there are still bugs that will come out of everything you own. The parking lot will always remain a dump. Beware of parking if you value your tires because there will be pot holes that will never be fixed. The management will notice if someone is feeding a duck but not pay attention to the hell hole units they refused to update. The air units are very dirty you may not realize it in the beginning but once you see constant dust/ dirt on your ...dressers, bathroom, walls after 3-4 hours of cleaning you will understand what I mean. By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in and I will be glad when my lease is up. The management is horrible and it’s a war to get mantience to come out when it’s needed. Example was when I called to ask to get my sink in the kitchen fixed and the manager told me I would not only have to wait 4 days to get it fixed but if I expected my dishes to get washed that I should wash them in the tub or the bathroom sink. Just know the longer you stay the worse it gets. Just know the apartments are cheap for a reason don’t sell yourself short to live in hell.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 22, 2018I loved Willow Lake apartments. Never had a problem and my neighbors were sweet never had a problem the whole year I was there. I highly recommend it if its just you or A partner . Also never had an issue with maintenance they was always on call and always on time never late they always got things done and that's what I loved about them most. So if your looking for good pricing and great neighbors I highly recommend them.Review from Apartments.com
