We Loved It Here
November 1, 2023We are moving to SoCal this month, otherwise we would have called Willow Lake home for a long time. We moved at the start of the pandemic and have loved living here ever since! The property is well maintained and very enjoyable, amenities are updated almost annually so the lifestyle feels luxurious (but without the price tag), but their Team is really the best part. Priscilla & Scott in Community Relations are FANTASTIC people! They have always approached our concerns with genuine care and ...attention. Scott especially has been helpful with our transition to our new rental in SoCal. To the dogs
September 4, 2021People here leave their dogs outside barking all day/night, and Willow Lake management does absolutely nothing about it. In addition, you will find dog poop everywhere throughout the complex - no one cleans up after their dog.Review from Apartments.com
Nice apartments, Terrible security
October 1, 2019Pros: - Spacious apartments, large balconies and remodeled apartments are super nice. The grounds are taken care of very well, nice pools/hot tubs - Maintenance staff is very nice and typically very quick to fix issues Cons: - SECURITY. This issue is not a priority for the staff here. The property is not fenced in, there are no cameras in the garages, and there is literally never security on site. We have called numerous times to report our cars being broken into - they have never taken ...action. We called the security company that is supposed to be on duty and they told us they no longer service Willow Lake. We have caught homeless people living in the garages and outdoor electrical closets and reported it, still no action taken. If you are looking for a secure property, this is NOT your place to live. - ANTS. They come every summer, the vendor is only available on Thursdays and they don't do a thorough job. You're better off buying ant traps on your own because the buildings are infested and the vendors treatment has never been successful for us.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
