September 30, 2018I've lived at Willow Manor since the beginning and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. The entry way and halls are always kept clean by Charles. Kaloha always has a cheerful attitude with a smile. Any maintenance needed, Charles is on top of it. Any problems and Kaloho is eager to help.Review from Apartments.com
