About Willow Moor Villas
'Willow Moor Villas' are located in Jefferson, Ohio and are owned and operated by Willow Moor LLC, Austinburg, Ohio. We offer both 1 & 2 Bedroom Villas. All Villas have a Bathroom, Living Room, Eat-In Kitchen and a Utility Room with Washer/Dryer Hookups. Kitchens & Baths were recently updated. Kitchens have new Kitchen Cabinets, Counters, Tile Floor, Microwave Range Hood over the Stove/Oven , Double Stainless Steel Sink, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, and Ceiling Fan. The Bathroom includes a new Vanity, Mirror, Sink, Faucet, Tile, etc. All carpet and padding was recently replaced, as were all light fixtures. All Bedrooms have ceiling fans, lots of closet space, and are equipped with TV and Phone Jacks. There is a large linen closet in the hallway. A rear door leads to a private outdoor patio. We provide professional grounds maintenance, winter snowplowing, and trash removal. All utilities are metered separately, and are the responsibility of the resident. The heating system and hot water tank are both economical natural gas. Parking is provided for two vehicles per Villa in asphalt parking lot. For your convenience, your mail is delivered to your front door, no communal mail boxes here! Willow Moor Villas is a 'Non Smoking Complex'. Anyone needing to smoke must do so outside on their patio. Jefferson Schools are all new Kindergarten through 12th grade, and were completed in 2009. We require a one-year lease, after which you rent month to month.
