Ok for the right person

Good quality & affordable
October 13, 2023My husband and I have lived in this apartment for 4 years. Mostly young couples and families. Significantly more affordable than many other apartments with the same amenities. Convenient location. Very responsive staff. Neighbors can be a little loud and are allowed to smoke outside, so this may be an issue depending on your preferences and the specific unit you live in, but other than that, I don’t have a lot of complaints!Property Manager Responded

Rendevous Townhome
August 4, 2015Willow Park Apartments and townhouses are a rendezvous point for Omaha. The surrounding area alone is one of the best areas in the city to live in since the location nearly converges on three different annexed city limits therefore the area is regularly patrolled by three separate police departments making it an extremely safe area. It is also a culinary convergence, off the top of my head I can name fifteen non-chain restaurants and grocery stores in the two square mile area worth visiting ...regularly. The apartments themselves are maintained and in order regularly and maintenance when called is "johnny on the spot" in truth. The amenities that come with a Broadmoor maintained property are probably the best in the city with the weight room indoor and outdoor pool as well as the bar, and i could keep going on and on. But my favorite part of living in an Willow Park Townhome is the neighbors. The whole community really comes together and everyone including the staff helps out when you need it. I guess you kinda have to be here to understand, I know I'm glad to be here. I would recommended this place for anyone wanting a very chill place where you get the most bang for you buck.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
