**Willow Place Apartments (55+) – Proceed with Caution**
This property is very poorly managed. The staff is consistently unprofessional and lacks compassion for residents. Despite being a new building, there are already major issues including roof leaks on the 4th floor and widespread roach problems. Maintenance frequently enters units without notice, and theft by past staff has been reported. There are no washer/dryer hookups—residents are forced to pay \$35/month for rentals, and if unpaid, ...
access is locked with no option to bring your own. Water bills are unreasonably high and have even been reported to the Mayor of McDonough. Multiple complaints have been made with little to no resolution. If you're considering moving here, please think twice.
