I would move anywhere but here. It started off really well for me but things have just gotten worse and worse. By far the communication with the office staff. They have never been rude but I have had to follow up multiple times or else I just don't hear from them at all. Worse than that I have been dealing with trash issues here for months. It is messy, stinky, unsanitary, and embarrassing. For the amount we pay in rent here, this should not be something we are dealing with. I hadn't gone to ...
the gym until recently either and it is clear that this company is not concerned about investing in their property. Every piece of equipment is damaged in some way and absolutely filthy. I wish there would have been a review like this when I was looking because I wouldn't even have considered moving me and my little girl here.

Everything is very clean and new. The community seems great and well taken care of. Neighbors are very tolerable. Our apartment is spacious and so are the areas around the apartments which allows kids to play and space for dog walking.

I have lived here for three years now, and have really enjoyed it. I have seen the change in management happen, and really liked the outcomes. We got newly renovated units with upgraded kitchens, appliances, flooring and carpeting, and also seen benefits of more accommodating office staff, cleaner garbage areas with dedicated fences, and nicer landscaping and winter grounds maintenance. This is a great place to have pets and be with others who enjoy walking their dogs and playing outdoors. They ...
are also very close to many areas of both Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, with quick routes to major highways. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a home for the next few years!
