Would not recommend
March 19, 2026I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The new managers don’t keep up with the place like the previous ones did. They’ve gone up on rent several times recently, but they haven’t done any upgrades. Anytime you need something done, it takes several requests and even then, it’s typically done halfway. If you look around Rome, you will definitely be able to find something nicer for the same price.Review from Apartments.com
Great management and affordable
March 19, 2018I lived in the townhouse and the one bedroom apartment. Both were spacious. The price can not be beat. They are pet friendly. There is even a dog yard. The management is very nice and extra helpful.Review from Apartments.com
