    Leasing members are knowledgeable and help you meet expectations they took me in as a walk in for touring the ven though they were under construction. Great manager on site, and maintance were friendly , I enjoyed my visit .

    Been living here for about a month now. The grounds are kept impeccably. You can tell how much care the maintenance team puts into them. I really love all the tall trees everywhere, feels like living in a resort. Gilbert and his team did a great job preparing our unit for move in and have been quick to respond and address all of our maintenance requests. I really appreciate the convenience of the online system which allows for maintenance request submission and provides updates on status. ...
    Anna and Kim in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. Anytime we’ve had a question or need a parking pass they are there to help. The parking lot is controlled by parking passes and they do tow. I appreciate this control because I never have trouble dining a parking spot after a long day of work. Yes, getting a guest pass is somewhat inconvenient but there’s always street parking on Evelyn if I choose not to get one for my guests. If I could improve anything it would be nice to have more updated cabinets and double pane windows, both are pretty dated. Other than that we really enjoy loving here!

  • Move out charges 2200+

    I generally don't give reviews, but I feel compelled to give one now: We( me and my husband aditya) had a very bad experience with move-out charges. We kept the apartment in a very good condition and yet were charged $2200+ on the deposit during move out! These figures make no sense. We emailed twice and called multiple times for clarification of the charges, but there was no reply on the email and the phone calls were not helpful(they just asked us to send an email). We called and emailed them ...
    to check regarding the pre-moveout inspection and they couldn't give us the report. We were told that they would get back to us once they had the report but they never responded. We spent a lot of time cleaning the house and maintaining it during our stay. That's why it's surprising to see the $2200+ charges. I have been staying in bay area in different apartments for a while now and this has never happened before with other apartments. We really thought they would be reasonable and fair during our move-out and be transparent with the charges, but that hasn't happened with us.

  • Worst apartment in the Bay Area

    Wouldn't recommend. The building quality is very bad, paper thin wall, window with gaps. Management team's attitude was horrible. They don't care about you at all. One of the worst management in the bay area. They knocked on my door tried to enter to do move out inspection without 24 hour written notice.

    I am currently a resident of this apartment. And I am typing this out of my experience living there. They have the WORST possible management ever. Alliance residential !! They are neither respectful of their residents nor do they care. Be prepared to get a "DONT CARE A CRAP" attitude from them. And there is a high possibility of you getting thrown out of their office too!!

  • Very bad maintainance and not well organized management

    Not well organized management and very badly maintained apartments. I am facing plumbing issues for almost a month and opened maintenance request to fix those but they close the requests without fixing or enquiring from me. I could give less than 0 stars if they add an option. I won't recommend to anyone to live here. if someone wants to join it's their own risk and writing a lease.

    I have been living in a townhouse for the last 2 years and my view of this community is average on features but its still pretty costly. Cons: The Gym and Swimming Pools in the community are only for namesake and are mostly non usable. Not a Gaited community. Kids creating noise while playing in non-designated park/areas. Way too expensive mostly because of the demand and not because of features. Pros: Extra Room attached with most of the apartments to throw unwanted items. Walls are good ...
    enough to stop the noise from neighbors. Online Portal for Mantainance requests and Bill Pay. Some units have Washer/Dryer.
