Disappointing Decline
June 16, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comWhen we moved four years ago, this was a fantastic complex. The office and maintenance staff were kind, gracious, and delightful. The new office and maintenance staff are rude, unaccommodating, unresponsive, and passive-aggressive. It’s a nightmare living here now. This complex will skate by on the past good reviews for a few more years, but they will not survive if they keep up with the antics. Units and property are falling into disrepair. Going Downhill after 5 years

The neighbors are really kind and welcoming. Plus, there are a lot of shopping districts nearby and the commute times are not lengthy at all. Furthermore, both the management and maintenance teams here at Willow Bend are first class! They do a phenomenal job of assisting and responding to any questions and concerns you have. Along with that they put together cool parties for ...everyone in the community. I would like to give a special thanks to Alexis from management. She truly was instrumental in assisting my family’s relocation process from New York to Missouri. I cannot thank her and the rest of the team enough for everything they have done.
