Best Community Ever!!
June 7, 2025This is one of the best place to live in Missouri. It’s very convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. My favorite place to go to is the gym. Love it here!

Disappointing Decline
June 16, 2023When we moved four years ago, this was a fantastic complex. The office and maintenance staff were kind, gracious, and delightful. The new office and maintenance staff are rude, unaccommodating, unresponsive, and passive-aggressive. It’s a nightmare living here now. This complex will skate by on the past good reviews for a few more years, but they will not survive if they keep up with the antics. Units and property are falling into disrepair. Going Downhill after 5 years
June 9, 2023When I moved in 5 years ago this place was extremely pleasant and well managed but management changed in the past few months and now we receive far less service for more money. Passive aggressive and hateful attitudes towards current residents and the new management has stated to me its all about the next resident not you.Property Manager Responded

Fantastic apartment
March 7, 2022This apartment complex is amazing. The layout is great, the location of the apartment is nice and quite, plus it’s near a grocery store and a bunch of restaurants to choose from. Truly a peaceful place to live!
August 7, 2021Willow Bend offers a blend of peace and calmness in which I would describe as a hidden gem here in Town and Country. The neighbors are really kind and welcoming. Plus, there are a lot of shopping districts nearby and the commute times are not lengthy at all. Furthermore, both the management and maintenance teams here at Willow Bend are first class! They do a phenomenal job of assisting and responding to any questions and concerns you have. Along with that they put together cool parties for ...everyone in the community. I would like to give a special thanks to Alexis from management. She truly was instrumental in assisting my family’s relocation process from New York to Missouri. Great Place to Live
