This is one of the best place to live in Missouri. It’s very convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. My favorite place to go to is the gym. The community comes together to participate in a variety of events throughout the year. The staff is very friendly, courteous and dependable.

We have lived here over 8 years, and are very happy! The office staff is great, and the maintenance staff is almost always available quickly. A big shout-out to Todd, who is incredibly helpful and kind! The location is so convenient, and the apartment is a perfect size for us. We truly enjoy living here.

When we moved four years ago, this was a fantastic complex. The office and maintenance staff were kind, gracious, and delightful.
The new office and maintenance staff are rude, unaccommodating, unresponsive, and passive-aggressive. It’s a nightmare living here now.
This complex will skate by on the past good reviews for a few more years, but they will not survive if they keep up with the antics.

Going Downhill after 5 years

When I moved in 5 years ago this place was extremely pleasant and well managed but management changed in the past few months and now we receive far less service for more money. Passive aggressive and hateful attitudes towards current residents and the new management has stated to me its all about the next resident not you.

This apartment complex is amazing. The layout is great, the location of the apartment is nice and quite, plus it’s near a grocery store and a bunch of restaurants to choose from. Willow Bend offers a blend of peace and calmness in which I would describe as a hidden gem here in Town and Country. The neighbors are really kind and welcoming. Plus, there are a lot of shopping districts nearby and the commute times are not lengthy at all.
