Worst management ever (Willowbrook Boothwyn PA)
November 1, 2022The apartment complex itself is decent. WAY overpriced though. We had nothing but issues in our apartment over the last 4 years, (we keep a log book) everything from theft, birds in the walls, half the apartment flooding, upstairs neighbors flooding our rooms, etc. So we are finally moving into a house, and we were told by multiple sources that all we needed to do in order to leave was a 2 month notice. But they went against their word and we now owe 3k to move out. Management did nothing at all ...to help and are denying everything we said. Worst experience ever.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 31, 2021This place is an absolute joke - thin walls, you’ll hear literally everything from your neighbors. “Emergency water repairs” every single week and the front office will inform you minutes before, sometimes no warning. Apartments are mediocre but are priced like luxury apartments. These apartment buildings are so old that things will break easily. There is no cleaning of the common areas/stairs of the buildings and it becomes an absolute dump. Smell of marijuana and cigarettes is pervasive in ...apartments, being infiltrated by neighbors. Poor Mgt/Maintenance
January 12, 2021Worst experience living here for a year. Bathroom was moldy. Both bathrooms would flood and ruin carpets when it rained heavy. Administration has the worst communication. They do not return phone calls or honor maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Apt flooded on a Sunday, no one came until Thursday. After fixing the problem, my carpets were never cleaned like they said they would and when I moved out they wanted me to pay for it. The pool was never opened. There is no parking permits so ...anyone can park here and lot is always full. Car break in’s are often. Do yourself a favor, save your money and stay away.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2019Willowbrook it's a beautiful place to live for a nice size one and two size bed room apartment complex. It has a nice size swimming pool. And it's a apartment complex that's directly next to stores if you need food products and drug stores. A Ride Aid and CVS And other stores that are close near the apartment complex. Difficult to work with
October 31, 2017While living here for 2 years I have had the displeasure of working with the management staff. It has been my experience that they are difficult to get in touch with and I have never had a return call when they absolutely said they would return the call. It is very hard to get answers out of them. Our latest encounter was being out of hot water for 2 weeks with no accommodation for our inconvenience.Property Manager Responded

Glad to have left.
August 2, 2016Unit was decent, older, but not too bad. Smoking ban poorly enforced and common areas of the building always had a bad smell. Poor management, office staff is unorganized and doesnt respond to service requests. Tree fell in the courtyard in our building and sat on its side for 3 weeks before being removed. Appliances were old, heat didnt work, and the central air caused the electric bill to skyrocket. Bathrooms moldy and grout/tile even dirtier.Review from Apartments.com

Affordable and clean
August 10, 2015We moved here because it was the most affordable apartments in a safe area. It's an easy commute to West Chester or to 95. The office staff are very helpful and get back to you quickly. I also love that the complex is pet friendly as we have a cat. Only downside is that the pool amenities are an extra fee, and there is not individual laundry facilities. Laundry is communal in the basement. Otherwise the complex is very clean, and we have not had problems.Review from Apartments.com
