Great apartment homes
May 19, 2020I moved here mid 2019. I was offered a 1br refreshed unit. Overall unit is really nice. Refreshed unit is clean, no pests, and is modern. Complex is generally quiet and peaceful. Been residing here for almost 1 yr I am happy here, management could be better (less corporate and more authentic) and management could handle operations a lot better than they do in a general sense.Property Manager Responded

Hidden charges
April 14, 2020Leasing office added all kinds of extra "move in fees" after we had lived here for a month, and then didn't even notify us untill after they added a late charge. We paid all move in costs up front and then paid full months rent before it was due on the first only to find out the extra charges were added after. Office refuses to even discuss the charges and states no one is available three days in a row.Property Manager Responded

Willowdale is a great place to live!
March 26, 2020It's my mother, myself, and my boyfriend living at Willowdale and we live it here! They gym is nice (never crowded), the parking is ample, the staff are great and communicative, and the apartment floor plans are awesome! With a washer and dryer included as well as water and sewer paid directly to Willowdale, I have less worries. The additional amenities are a plus, too (I mean, who doesnt love a nice pool and grilling area, or a cool walking trail or dog park?) Great place to live and close to a ...lot of stores, entertainment, and the interstate!Property Manager Responded

We actually chose the older one because of it's excellent location within the community (right next to the leasing office) and because the unit we chose is easier to access for my handicapped husband. The fitness center is really, really nice and so is the pool. The apartments are laid out well, better than a lot of the newer ones and the huge plus is that they have a washer and dryer in each unit. ...Excellent lighting at night in the parking lot and in the hallways. Just keep in mind that some of the apartments are not refurbished to the "modern" look. July 14, 2016I just moved here to these wonderful apartments. Things were crazy for me looking around and I found this place.The staff here is absolutely amazing Kaylee and Victoria was so helpful and nice through from beginning to end.I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a very beautiful apartment home.Its very nice and quite it really feels like home.Review from Apartments.com
