Three months short term for long-term I don’t recommend
August 8, 2025If you’re looking for a temporary place to stay for a few months, this community might work for that. However, my personal experience has been very disappointing. From the beginning, I encountered several issues. The apartment was not properly prepared before move-in — there were multiple broken appliances including the kitchen sink faucet, lights that didn’t work, and a patio door that wouldn’t open. Unfortunately, the unit also had a roach infestation when I arrived. The property is ...advertised as a gated and smoke-free community, but the gate is often broken and my key fob has never worked, making access difficult. I’ve also noticed the smell of smoke, including marijuana, around the property. The cleanliness of the hallways is poor, and it’s frustrating to see dog waste left in front of units without being cleaned up promptly. Additionally, I experienced incorrect charges on my account, and getting help from management has been very difficult. Communication is lacking, and the team appears to be understaffed, which may be why maintenance requests and other concerns go unaddressed for long periods of time. I also have concerns about mailbox security. Overall, I’m extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I don’t feel I’m getting the value I expected for the amount I’m paying, and the lack of response to ongoing issues has made living here frustrating.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here
December 31, 2024Please do not rent here, for the love of God. I pray you will take this review seriously, I would not wish living here on my worst enemy. I wouldn’t consider myself dramatic or high maintenance at all. I was excited to move into willowest in Lindbergh in June of 2024 for its location and price. Fast forward to New Years Eve, and I’m currently at my second hotel stay in 2 months due to water damage. In November of 2024 a giant leak on our ceiling started to leak into the living room, completely ...destroying our couch and rug. It took about a week to fix and we managed. Things happen right and it wasn’t in our bedroom so we’ll survive. Fast forward to today, a leak started three days ago that hasn’t been addressed and is still leaking. Management has responded barely at all. Or the rest I’ll just let the pictures do the talking. If you don’t want your living spaces changing from a nice to destroyed in only a few months of living there. We also are without hot water for days & our oven has not worked since moving in DO NOT RENT HERE.Property Manager Responded

Incompetent Management and Staff
February 6, 2024Update: if you don’t like roaches, this is not the place for you. Because there is no proper pest control, you’ll see roaches several times a week and receive no responses from management. Living here is great until you need to get a response from someone or a maintenance request fixed. I've had to submit the same maintenance request four times because the staff is highly unorganized and doesn't have the most skilled workers. Additionally, leasing specialists will not respond to emails - neither ...will management. There is not great communication on how some of the shared utility costs are calculated which would be very useful for all residents.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2023This property is a beautiful masterpiece on the outside rather than the inside which is not taken care of by staff . It feels like after your first week moving in they don’t care anymore to fix anything that was wrong prior to moving in. I wish the staff was a lot friendlier and better with communication and keeping up with the tenants. Still not satisfied with my move in and it’s a bout to be complete month.Property Manager Responded
