Good Apartment, Landlord pretty lax on upkeep though...
July 27, 2015Lived in this apartment for 3 years with 2 other roommates. It was a swell place not too far from Appalachian State University. Unfortunately, there was no Appalcart path near us so it was required to drive to campus. Apartment is part of a townhouse. Nice layout and location. However, landlord was not very reliable for repairs when things started to fall apart. Weatherproofing is pretty bad as well causing pretty expensive power bills to keep the place warm.Property Manager Responded
March 15, 2018New owners as of 12/2016. We strive to have any needed repairs or other issues rectified as quickly as possible.
