I lived here in 2012 to 2014 and it was beautiful then. It is still a clean and well kept property, kind staff, great neighbors, peaceful, and I love all the trees. Under a new company since I was here before and the staff are more genuine and organized. I am happy to be here?

I love my apartment. It's spacious and well situated far back from the street. There isn't any issue with noisy traffic and my neighbors are respectful of others. I have spoken well of my experience here to others. My only problem is with the large late fees and the unwillingness to arrange a compromise.
