I really enjoyed living here, the apartment was spacious and well located. My neighbors where awesome as well and helped me move in. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and peacefulness of the area. Not to mention how accessible these apartments are to just about everything you could want. There is a Kroger, Walmart, aldi and a plethora of other stores only a minute or 2 away. The hospital is just across the road and the local highschool is right there as well. Its a very safe and family friendly ...
area. I couldn't recommend it any more. I should also mention that Tracy who manages these properties is SUPER nice. She helped us the whole way through since this was my first time having to go through renting. She is kind and helpful, always willing to help you with any questions or concerns about your home or the community in general. She is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful as well and are on call when emergency strikes. My window wouldn't shut and I didnt want to break the mechanism. Within and hour Wess showed up and fixed it. It is really nice to have the sense of security. I would recommend this complex to anyone who doesn't want to be right in downtown Frankfort but still wants all of your amenities at an arms reach. The down town is only 8 minutes or so away which is cool as well. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about living here.

I spent about 5 months living at Willowood and it was a very nice experience. The neighbors are kind and the community is safe and quiet. All new carpets were placed in my apartment before moving in and the landlord is very helpful and efficient during the lease signing process as well as when anything is needed while you are a resident. Maintenance is also awesome and come to help as soon as possible when something needs to be fixed or if you have some other issue. Rent can be a little pricey if ...
you want to do less than a year lease but I loved my time at Willowood.

This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of green space. Close to hospitals, schools, and most amenities, but it doesn't feel like you're in a busy area. Stayed here for two years and loved it, especially since everything is ground floor. LOVED having an attic space!

Willowood is a very quiet community that allows pets! Tracy the manager is very helpful and so friendly! Maintenance is on top of it and if you have any issues, they are there same day with 24/7 access to them. The apartment complex is very clean and they keep it looking nice and maintained.

I moved here after I separated from my husband for 5 months. It was close to my work it was close to shopping close to the hospital. I don't have any children in school but they're three schools right across the street. I had a nice little studio that had just been remodeled. Just me and my little dog and I loved it.

The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright. The cleaning crew was wonderful. Great customer service and perfect location for our needs where we intending to go each day.The manager lives on the property and is very helpful anytime at any hour.
The environment in this locality is super cool and neat. we can go out at any time there will be no security problems.we miss the house and locality.

I moved to Frankfort from the Cincinnati area. The process from the application to moving in was made easy by the amazing property manager. The property has always been safe, quiet and well kept.
