Lights over stove.

Dryer fire on 3/26/25 due to lies and negligence
March 30, 2025I recently had a dryer fire. Thankfully t was small RPM has lied to me telling me vendors were here for “ preventive maintenance “ and there was so much lint buildup in wall pipes . No one ever came for “ Preventive maintenance “ in the 5 years I’ve lived in this apartment .Property Manager Responded

Not great, but not terrible
January 24, 2024I've lived at the Willows for around 6-7 months now. The office staff are always friendly and willing to help, however, whenever something needs fixing in my apartment I already know it is going to take anywhere from a few weeks to months to get it fixed. My rent is ridiculous, and yet I haven't had a bedroom light since November (it is now the end of January). If you need something fixed, you have to continuously call the office (if you don't, simply putting in a service request is not enough ...and it will not get acknowledged). I have also noticed that the water has a certain smell to it (sort of like onions). Overall, though, I do feel safe in the community and they are continuously trying to improve the complex.Property Manager Responded
