    Wilmot Estates is arguably one of the best places to rent from in the city of Brookings. The property manager is awesome at her job. She is quick to respond to any concerns with helpful answers, plans fun community events, and is easy to talk to. The maintenance team are very considerate with any maintenance issues, offer plenty of solutions, and work until the problem is resolved. The building has community rooms and gyms which are extremely convenient. Furthermore, the apartments don't feel ...
    cheap inside. They are easy to make into a home which is hard to find in the apartment world.
