The original owners planned a hotel next to the apartments which now sits unfinished and an eye sore. They have sold the apartments to new ownership and they are even worse. Good luck getting in contact with anyone. My washing machine has been broken for 2 months and I sent multiple emails with no response. The service request link to report problems is still broken. I call the leasing office and it doesn't even ring. I have to pay $80 for parking and I do not even have a parking spot. Speedway ...
does not have paid parking anywhere else but Wilshaw. You also have no choice but to pay $28 for "valet trash" which doesn't come on weekends or holidays or if there is heavy snow or at the time they are meant to. The dumpster is right outside the doors anyway. The appliances are cheap and the apartments small and noisy. Do not waste your money.
