March 14, 2026My family and I have grown up in this community. We have lived here for 12 years, going on 13. It's safe and quiet. There are so many beautiful amenities and it's a wonderful property. The office personnel are attentive and kind. Alix and Alisha are wonderful and caring. Work orders (if ever needed) are quick and timely. Highly recommend for your new home. Not Worth The Price
March 13, 2026I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. While the location is convenient, the overall management and maintenance standards fall well below expectations. Maintenance requests are either delayed significantly or left unresolved altogether. When repairs are completed, the workmanship is often subpar, leading to recurring issues. Communication from the management office is inconsistent, and responses to emails or calls are frequently slow or unhelpful. Additionally, ...cleanliness in common areas is not maintained at an acceptable standard. Hallways and shared facilities are often dirty, and basic upkeep appears to be neglected. Noise levels are also a concern, as sound insulation between units is poor. Given the rental rates being charged, tenants should reasonably expect better service, responsiveness, and overall living conditions. Unfortunately, this property does not meet those expectations. I would strongly encourage prospective renters to thoroughly research and consider other options before signing a lease.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately A Cruel Place
March 4, 2026I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve fallen on hard times recently and went to the front office to ask about my options for getting out of my lease early, as I only have two months remaining. Instead of being met with understanding or guidance, I was treated harshly and without compassion. The interaction felt unkind and unnecessarily cruel during an already difficult time. Over the year I’ve lived here, I’ve noticed a significant change in the ...atmosphere of this community. When I first moved in, it felt like the owner truly saw potential in the property and cared about building something special. There was a sense of pride and positivity that made this place stand out from others. Unfortunately, that feeling has faded. The management style now feels overly strict and punitive. Residents are fined and threatened over minor issues, like how balconies are arranged or other small matters. Many neighbors I’ve spoken with have also grown frustrated and disappointed. Some properties are simply not great from the start. What makes this especially disappointing is that this place once felt different — it had promise. Sadly, it no longer reflects the welcoming community it seemed to be when I first arrived.Property Manager Responded

WORSE APARTMENTS
July 3, 2023Please don’t rent here look somewhere else. These apts charge for parking and when you visit you can’t park anywhere beside a designated area and there’s no signs that say that and will literally tow your car and have to pay $400 dollars to get it out. November 11, 2021My fiancé and I have lived at this apartment for almost 4 years now and it’s a really great place to start! Floor plan is nice and whenever you need help or have any questions they get to you quickly. Neighbors are nice and never any trouble. I lost my debit card and someone turned it in instead of taking it which says a lot. I love that they also make it fun by having food trucks. LOVE IT!!!
August 31, 2021I have lived in apartments for about 16 years and this place is by far the best complex I have ever lived in, not only are the apartments beautiful but they keep the landscaping beautiful! The office staff is absolutely AMAZING! Amazing!
June 17, 2019Everything about this complex has been amazing. My boyfriend and I just moved from California and within the first few days of being here, we already feel at home. It's clean, quiet, kid friendly, and the best part.. a heated pool! Haha. It will be about ten minutes out from grocery stores and plazas, but we haven't had any issues. We love being a little farther out with the mountains as our backyard. The property management (Alex and Edwin) are awesome! Being young adults and being completely ...out on our own for the first time, they've been so patient and helpful with us making our move as easy possible. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Our favorite is the full-sized washer and dryer! Upon arriving here, we did run into a couple issues, but the maintenance staff were quick to come and fix it. Seriously, thank you guys for our new home. We are in love.Property Manager Responded
