WORSE APARTMENTS
July 3, 2023Please don’t rent here look somewhere else. These apts charge for parking and when you visit you can’t park anywhere beside a designated area and there’s no signs that say that and will literally tow your car and have to pay $400 dollars to get it out. Everything is super outdated as well. I don’t recommend we only lived there for one year we were crazyyy to move outProperty Manager Responded

November 11, 2021My fiancé and I have lived at this apartment for almost 4 years now and it’s a really great place to start! Floor plan is nice and whenever you need help or have any questions they get to you quickly. Neighbors are nice and never any trouble. I lost my debit card and someone turned it in instead of taking it which says a lot. I love that they also make it fun by having food trucks. LOVE IT!!!
August 31, 2021I have lived in apartments for about 16 years and this place is by far the best complex I have ever lived in, not only are the apartments beautiful but they keep the landscaping beautiful! The office staff is absolutely AMAZING! Maintenance is great also they are always kind and respectful and very quick, I have been here almost 3 years and I dont plan on moving anytime soon I DO NOT want to ever leave!!Property Manager Responded

Amazing!
June 17, 2019Everything about this complex has been amazing. My boyfriend and I just moved from California and within the first few days of being here, we already feel at home. It's clean, quiet, kid friendly, and the best part.. a heated pool! Haha. It will be about ten minutes out from grocery stores and plazas, but we haven't had any issues. We love being a little farther out with the mountains as our backyard. The property management (Alex and Edwin) are awesome! Being young adults and being completely ...out on our own for the first time, they've been so patient and helpful with us making our move as easy possible. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Our favorite is the full-sized washer and dryer! Upon arriving here, we did run into a couple issues, but the maintenance staff were quick to come and fix it. Seriously, thank you guys for our new home. We are in love.Property Manager Responded

Wilshire Apartments
May 22, 2019This has been a pretty decent place to live. We moved here in a time of need and it has served it’s purpose. I feel like the rent is a bit high but the staff has been great to work with. Anytime we have had issues they have come to resolve them. Ty has been absolutely amazing. I know when I have a problem and he is assigned to the ticket, it will get fixed. I trust him in my house and with my kids. He’s a really hard worker and if he doesn’t know how to fix something he looks it up and figures it ...out. I’ve never had one complaint about him. Awful!!!
December 21, 2017Lived here for about a year and it was a tall joke! After moving out it continues to be a joke! The fees they will try to pin on you are outrageous!!! Staff is awful! Rent is crazy high! Pools always dirty, hot tubs rarely open due to being un healthy it's so dirty! Mice are a normal issue. The only positive is the floorplan but you can find it somewhere else for a better price! Oh and the media package is awful! That internet barely connects!Review from Apartments.com
Wilshire Place Apartments Are Beautiful and Relaxing!
May 9, 2017The Wilshire Place Apartments are a very nice place to live! The office staff are always very pleasant when we go to talk to them. Whenever there is a problem with something in a unit, they fix it, usually within 24 hours. The apartment layout is pretty nice. The neighbors are usually pretty quiet. The mountain views are breathtaking! There are a lot of amenities at these apartments. They have parks, cable/internet, and a clubhouse with a pool and workout facility.
