Maintenance
May 12, 2022Everytime I have an issue that needs addressed about my unit apartment that I live in maintenance comes through and management workers like Shawna is caring about our issues. I have read negative reviews about Wilson Plaza Apartment but no bug issues my unit isn't rundown in fact it's opposite and the apartment is a secure place. I recommend anyone who is looking for a safe place and a nice apartment to live and an outside pool well come over and fill out an application u won't regret it....Property Manager Responded

6 month nightmare
April 7, 2014I signed a 6 month lease in August of 2013 and the whole time I was there it was horrible. the management at Wilson plaza can't be relied on to do anything. many thing were broken and when I let management know they said they would fix them and they never happened. these apartment are infested with roaches. when I let management know about that they told me it was going to get fumigated and all I got was roach traps with didn't help. When my lease was going to be up I called to give them my ...notice and they said they would prorate my rent for the days it took me to turn in an official letter. I turned in the letter December 11th and was supposed to leave on February 11th. when I called them on February 11th to see how much the prorate was going t be they told me they never agreed to a prorate and I would have to pay for the whole month of February. I was forced to pay a deposit on my new apt along with first months rent plus the rent at Wilson plaza which I was no longer at. Not as bad as they look
