The building is in a great location to the surround places and activities. Just walking distance to shops, clubs, antiques, gyms, parks and other thing you might be interested in. The common areas are not really maintained, its gets a once a year clean up by the owner and that about it. Maintenance on small thing are rarely done. The only item that see service is the items that loses the owner money like running water or leaks that damage the building, Building light that remain on, Electrical ...

issues. Apartment issues are put on the back burner and may never get repaired. Holes in ceiling, A/C not working, flooring cracking up. I do most of my own repairs and have learn just to not ask any more. But its in a Great location. No pool, washer/dryers room.
