New apartments that are quite nice, but not designed well; example, the shower is beside the vanity and water leaks everywhere. Also, there is not a lid to the toilet! Not everything was checked before moving in and there were multiple problems. Maintenance is a complete pain, because they can’t keep anyone employed here including a Landlord. There is already a pest issue that they haven’t dealt with properly. If you don’t like spiders, you may want to think again about living here. The “Dog ...
Park” is not even a dog park and the fence doesn’t meet the ground so your dog can run out. The park and grill area are nice. Trash pickup is great. The community and atmosphere are really not the best for a single parent. There is a really nice storage closet attached to the patio which is nice. If the Management wasn’t so bad it would make the apartments much better, but it’s not. Overall it’s an alright place to live, but it could most definitely be better. Rate 3.5
