We applied online and had no hassles and were able to contact someone at all times to help with any question. There was a mistake where we were allowed to select Sunday as a move-in day even though they were closed. Instead of forcing us to move in a day late, the staff took time out of their Saturday to help us move in and finalize paperwork.
