July 25, 2023I lived here for a year and within three months of living there the property manager left and has not been replaced. Also, the maintenance man left as well so there is no staff on the property when it came time that I wanted to leave I sent in the official documents to do so the office said that they never got them even though it was done on the portal. That took a while to actually get a hold of them to do so I was taken out of the portal a month before I was supposed to making it impossible to ...pay the rent and signed the new roommate addendum. I called multiple times and left multiple messages and sent emails and nobody responded , but someone was able to slip notices under our door demanding the rent overall the establishment that runs the complex is very unprofessional and does not care about the tenants who pay them hundreds of dollars every month to live there. Also, if you have a first floor apartment, you do not have a garbage disposal or an air conditioner. Those have to be provided from yourself even though when we first signed the lease, it said that we would have those things and we did not.Property Manager Responded

Bait and Switch
July 21, 2023Went to view an apartment, scheduled an appointment and took time off from work specifically for this reason. A maintenance individual, who was unable to tell me the price of the unit, was the only person I spoke with. Only afterward was I texted the price of the unit - which was several hundreds of dollars more than listed on this site a month. They lie on websites to get people to come view properties, then inflate the prices.Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2020The newly renovated apartments are gorgeous and overall a great location to live in but the on-site property manager is HORRIBLE. Seems like there is always a problem but when you reach out for help with something or having some sort of issue he never wants to respond!! Great place to live
June 25, 2017Winchester Arms apartment is a great place to live the location great and rent is reasonable. What i like most is each unit has storage space which is included in rent and also that i live next to Willard Pond. Willard pond has a nice trail out back for walking, running or fishing. Management is always there for you if you have questions or need assistance.Review from Apartments.com
