Awesome Staff
April 1, 2021Maria the Property manager is awesome Very polite and courteous and responds to all emails quickly even after business hours and weekends. Pros: - great location - relatively affordable rent - large portion of Asians families. - great Maintenance team. Cons: - to many dogs in property, some residents are taking advantage of the whole Covid-19. - Maintenance can be very loud when they gather together outside in the mornings. - Internet was slow but have to say its great now. Great apartment and neighborhood
March 13, 2021Very nice apartments and neighborhood, it is very quiet. Management is great and straight forward, service requests are addressed immediately. The only disadvantage is that the internet connection, the maximum speed that you can get is 50 Mbps which is good enough for one or two members.
