We enjoy our community here at Windermere Cay, the apartments are very nice and spacious. The amenities are wonderful. The location is perfect as we are close to all kinds of entertainment, shopping, places to dine out, etc. The office staff here are wonderful. Jennifer and her team are extremely attentive to any concerns brought by residents. They schedule ...neighborhood events, including some wonderful food trucks that come to our community regularly. July 14, 2025We have lived in the Windermere Cay community since October 2016. We cannot say enough about the wonderful office staff and maintenance team that keeps our community running so smoothly. Also the location is wonderful, easy access to shopping, entertainment, dining, schools etc.. Also all the wonderful amenities that are available to residents here in the Windermere Cay complex. Two wonderful pools, three outdoor kitchens with eating areas, a play area for children, and a play area for our dogs. ...Also a playroom, and a accessed controlled Amazon package delivery hub, as well as rotating food trucks that the office staff schedule to come to our community,and so much more. Even though our community is located very close to Disney, or community is actually very quiet and neighbors are friendly. June 19, 2025Windermere Cay is a wonderful apartment community to live in. My wife and I have lived here for eight and a half years now. The entire staff here are wonderful people to interact with and all do the jobs to perfection. They are all very attentive to individual or community needs or issues. Also Windermere Cay's amenities here are property are great to have at your disposal. The two pools, three outdoor kitchens, a wonderful gym that has been updated numerous times with great equipment. There's a ...playground for families with young children, a dog park for our furry friends, as well as a play room with a pool table and such, a business center as well as our own Amazon locker hub at the leasing office that's accessible 24hrs a day. There are also food trucks that come into our community, that are coordinated by one of the office staff. We cannot say enough about what a joy we have found to live in the Windermere Cay community. June 5, 2025Windermere Cay is a pleasant community that takes pride in their cleanliness and kindness. Moving here has been great from start to finish. Easy online application. Additionally, communication was great when I needed more clarification during the application process and the days leading up to the move in date. The actual move in day itself was a quick process in the leasing office. The staff here are truly kind and ready to help you in any way they can. With only living here for almost a month ...now, I have to say I love it here and my new home.Property Manager Responded
