Beautiful townhome
July 11, 2022My family and I lived here 2021-2022. We loved the area and our neighbors. Very pet friendly! I loved the walkways between buildings to walk my dog. They recently renovated the fence which made the curb appeal better. Parking was never an issue. Maintenance was always ready to fix any problem we had. Superb! Management/leasing staff were great in communication however within the year I’ve lived there and before we even moved in they’ve changed management/leasing staff continuously that made it ...very inconvenient for me because they didn’t keep up with any important documents that I provided. Absolutely recommend
February 12, 2019I called around looking for a place to call home for a close friend of mine spoke to samaira she was kind and very helpful she walked me through the whole application process and told me everything I needed to know about the community and the residence. Honey I’m Home!
February 12, 2019As a grandmother, you may find it odd that this is My first townhome. While this community was built more than 20 years ago, the standards met by the management company have never wavered. They run an excellent community and treat it as if it were their own individual homes. From the maintenance staff that has been here for more than 20 years to the office staff that is incredibly welcoming, loving, understanding, and above all professional, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m not ...going to lie, I was scared moving in to my own place for the first time in my life. Your staff made and continues to make me feel right at home. This community is absolutely lovely. Amazing property
February 11, 2019I am so thankful and grateful to call this place home. The management team and the maintenance team are very professional and have such a warm and welcoming demeanor. I moved in September 2018 and have loved it since day one. Samaria truly makes you feel part of the family. She inspires her team to take pride in the upkeep and maintence of the property. Excellent place, smooth leasing process

Great property
January 25, 2019Great tour by Sheila and very welcoming property! Moved in recently after living else where for 5 years and already it feels like home. LOVE THIS PLACE!
February 23, 2016I am one of many residents who have lived here for more than 10 years, and absolutely love my home. The office staff are helpful and go beyond their job scopes to make sure our living experience is nice. I miss the previous property manager Kara, but the other ladies Aubree and Ashley still work with a smile and seem to enjoy the work. The complex has been renovated and it looks nice, the neighbors are great; hence many of us have not moved in years.
