January 27, 2017I have been living here for less than a year and I truly hate it. The summer is the worse because there are so many ugly insects getting into the apartment from all the construction near by! I have reached out to the properly manager several times and would not even get a call back. Don't get me wrong the apartments inside are nice! It's the service that you will not be pleased with. Overall everything in the apartments works find just minor issues.Property Manager Responded

great apartment!
August 23, 2015We moved in to the Wingate Terrance apartments on August 1st. The apartments have been great with the landlord being very helpful. The apartments are in a great location with the country feeling! The walking trail that runs by the apartments is very nice with a nice setting to motivate you to exercise.Property Manager Responded
