March 7, 2025I lived here for two years during grad school, and this is hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in. While the buildings themselves are dated, everything is in peak condition - and if it’s not, maintenance comes within a day to fix it! They have the best maintenance and management team I’ve ever interacted with- they are always kind, respectful, and professional. February 13, 2023I love how it's up on a hill overlooking Nac. My view from my apartment is beautiful . You feel secluded, but yet close to everything. It's so quiet here. My neighbors are all nice and quiet as well. LOVE all the amenities, Dog Park & Washing Station for my dog. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. I'm definitely happy here.
